Cancellation and Returns Policy | Hello Auto
The policyholder may unilaterally terminate the contract in relation to the voluntary covers during the 14 days following the reception of the contract conditions (general, particular and special conditions, if any), as long as an accident has not occurred. In order to do so, Hello Auto must be notified by any means where a record can be kept, not being necessary to give any reason. From the moment this notification is communicated, Hello Auto will cease to cover the risk, and, within 30 days, will refund the remainder of the premium without penalty.
If the device linked to the insurance policy is installed in the vehicle covered by the contract, it must be removed before the premium is refunded. The cost of unistalling is 10€ and is borne by the policyholder. This cost will be deducted from the remaining premium. If the device is not returned before the expiry date of the contract, the amount of 150€ will be deducted from the sum to be returned as the cost of sale of the device.
The policyholder may not renew or extend the insurance contract by informing Hello Auto of their decision by any means where a record can be saved and at least one month prior to the renewal date.
In case of non-renewal, the cost of uninstalling the device linked to the insured vehicle will be borne by Hello Auto. Nevertheless, if the device is not returned before the contract renewal date, a charge of 150€ will be made for the cost of sale of the device.
