<\/span><\/p>\n

Tener un coche en circulaci\u00f3n implica algunas obligaciones <\/strong>como tener un seguro contratado, que como m\u00ednimo cubra la responsabilidad civil,<\/a> pagar el impuesto de circulaci\u00f3n o pasar una revisi\u00f3n peri\u00f3dica para certificar el estado del veh\u00edculo. Esto \u00faltimo es lo que conocemos como Inspecci\u00f3n T\u00e9cnica de Veh\u00edculos, m\u00e1s conocida por sus siglas ITV.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Se debe destacar que esta revisi\u00f3n tiene como finalidad evitar que algunos de los elementos de nuestro coche impliquen un problema o accidente <\/strong>en carretera al estar en mal estado. Por ello, la ITV es de manera fehaciente una v\u00eda de seguridad para todos los conductores.<\/p>\n

    \u00bfQu\u00e9 ocurre si un coche circula con la ITV caducada?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

    La ITV es un tr\u00e1mite obligatorio para poder circular con nuestro veh\u00edculo en Espa\u00f1a y no llevarlo a cabo tiene peligro de multa. Las sanciones pueden ir de los 200 a los 500 euros e incluso las autoridades pueden determinar dar de baja el coche<\/strong> si lleva mucho tiempo sin pasar la revisi\u00f3n.\u00a0<\/p>\n

    Esto se debe a que un veh\u00edculo que no tiene la ITV en regla se considera como peligroso, <\/strong>con posibles fallos no detectados que pueden ocasionar accidentes. De este modo, si circulamos sin la ITV pasada estaremos poniendo en riesgo a la circulaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, a nosotros mismos y al resto de conductores.<\/p>\n

    \u00bfTe cubre el seguro sin ITV?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

    Ahora bien, \u00bfqu\u00e9 pasar\u00eda si tenemos un accidente con la ITV caducada? Si esto ocurre, podr\u00edamos meternos en un gran problema, sobre todo si somos los culpables del siniestro<\/strong>. En esta l\u00ednea, hay que a\u00f1adir la correspondiente multa que nos aplicar\u00e1n los agentes de tr\u00e1fico que rellenen el atestado al comprobar que no tenemos ITV.\u00a0<\/p>\n

    Si tenemos la culpa del accidente, el seguro del coche se har\u00e1 cargo de la responsabilidad civil con respecto al otro veh\u00edculo implicado<\/strong>, indemnizando a sus ocupantes y reparando cualquier da\u00f1o causado.\u00a0<\/p>\n

    Sin embargo, no cubrir\u00e1 los desperfectos o perjuicios de nuestro coche o sus ocupantes. <\/strong>E incluso puede reclamarse la indemnizaci\u00f3n que haya tenido que pagar a las otras personas perjudicadas por el accidente.\u00a0<\/p>\n

    El asunto cambia si no tienes la culpa del accidente. En este caso, el otro seguro te cubrir\u00e1 todos los da\u00f1os. <\/strong>Aunque puede que tu propio seguro no te ofrezca la responsabilidad jur\u00eddica por el hecho de no tener la ITV en regla. La situaci\u00f3n se puede complicar mucho y, por ello, se debe evitar caer en este error.<\/p>\n

    \u00bfY si no tengo seguro de coche, puedo pasar la ITV?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

    Y, si no tengo seguro del coche, \u00bfpuedo pasar la ITV? <\/strong>La respuesta es no. Adem\u00e1s de que el seguro del coche es otro de los procedimientos obligatorios para que un coche pueda circular, en la ITV debemos presentar un recibo o resguardo de su pago<\/strong>, adem\u00e1s de los papeles que acreditan que tenemos en regla toda la documentaci\u00f3n para conducir (impuesto de circulaci\u00f3n, carnet de conducir\u2026).\u00a0<\/p>\n

    En esta inspecci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n se comprueba que toda la documentaci\u00f3n del coche<\/a> es correcta, m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de la revisi\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica de sus elementos m\u00e1s importantes <\/strong>como los frenos, las luces, el motor y otros componentes que inciden en la seguridad y buena conducci\u00f3n del mismo.<\/p>\n
